Refund and Returns Policy

You may request to return a purchased product within 1O days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund and return, the purchased product must meet the following conditions:

Category | Conditions:

• Correct Product: The product/brand/article number/barcode should match. Do not detach or damage the MRP tag.
• Complete Product: If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo, all the products should be present when returning.
• Unused Product: The purchased product will only be eligible for return if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance.
• Undamaged Product: Only undamaged products without holes or tears will be eligible for return.
• MRP Tag: Tags should be attached to the product and remain undamaged.

Additional Conditions:

• Any used promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher) will not be refunded.
• The refund will be initiated only after receiving the product and conducting a quality check.
• If the purchased product fails the quality check, the refund procedure will not proceed.
• A maximum refund of INR 100 will be processed for each product if the customer sends the product using any courier service.
• For safety and hygiene standards, return requests for masks will not be accepted.
